2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank ReplacementΒ .
  2. Fig 1: Fuel Feed And Return Pipes

  3. Disconnect the fuel feed and return pipes (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ .
  4. Fig 2: Cam Lock Ring

  5. Using the CH-45722Β  wrench, remove the cam lock ring (1) by turning counter-clockwise.

  7. Remove the fuel sender assembly (1) and O-ring (2).
