Preliminary Procedures

  1. Place drain pans under the vehicle.
  2. Remove as much power steering fluid from the reservoir as possible.
  3. Remove the power steering pump pulley. Refer to Power Steering Pump Pulley ReplacementΒ .
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.
  5. Remove the left front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement .
