2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Disassembly Procedure

  1. Drain the power steering fluid from the power steering pump housing (1).
  2. Remove the connector and fitting assembly (2).
  3. Remove the control valve assembly (4) from the pump housing. Ensure the flow control spring (5) does not fall out of the pump housing.
  4. Remove the O-ring seal (3) from the connector and fitting assembly.

    Discard the O-ring seal.
