2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Assembly Procedure

  1. Ensure the flow control spring (5) does not fall out of the pump housing (1).
  2. Lubricate the NEW O-ring seal (3) with power steering fluid.
  3. Install the O-ring seal onto the connector and fitting assembly (2).
  4. Install the control valve assembly (4).
  5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Install the connector and fitting assembly (2) and tighten to 62 N.m (46 lb ft).
