Installation Procedure
2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose (4) into the engine compartment.
- Connect the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
- Connect the radiator outlet hose to the radiator. Refer to Radiator Hose Quick Connect FittingΒ .
- Install the radiator outlet hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the coolant recovery reservoir using the J 38185Β hose clamp pliers
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the engine using the J 38185Β hose clamp pliers.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill)Β , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill Diesel)Β .
