2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the radiator outlet hose retainer (2) to the vehicle.
  3. Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at engine.

  5. Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the radiator.
  6. Connect the quick connect fitting on the radiator outlet hose (2) at the radiator.
  7. Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at surge tank using J-38185Β  pliers.
  8. Connect the heater hose to the radiator outlet hose.
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill)Β , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill Diesel)Β .
