Installation Procedure
2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the vehicle.
- Install the radiator outlet hose retainer (2) to the vehicle.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at engine.
- Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the radiator.
- Connect the quick connect fitting on the radiator outlet hose (2) at the radiator.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1) at surge tank using J-38185 pliers.
- Connect the heater hose to the radiator outlet hose.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill Diesel) .
