2011 GMC Savana Special 4.8 ASECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator inlet hose to the vehicle.
- Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the radiator.
- Install the radiator inlet hose clamp (1) at radiator using J-38185Β pliers.
- Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the engine.
- Install the radiator inlet hose clamp (1) at engine using J-38185Β pliers.
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill)Β , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill Diesel)Β .
