Removal Procedure

- Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and InstallationΒ .
- Remove all retaining screws from the HVAC module case halves (1, 4).
- Separate the HVAC module case.
- Remove the screws retaining the recirculation actuator (2) from the HVAC module assembly.
- Remove the electrical connector (3) from the recirculation actuator (2).
- Remove recirculation actuator.
- Remove the recirculation door (2) from the recirculation assembly (1).
