Install the recirculation door (2) to the recirculation assembly (1).

Install the recirculation actuator (2) to the case (1).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the screws to the recirculation actuator. Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector (3).

Assemble the HVAC module case halves (1, 4).
Install the screws to assemble the HVAC module case halves. Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation .
