Installation Procedure

- Install the mode door to the HVAC module assembly.
- Install the mode door linkage to the mode door.
- Assemble the HVAC module assembly halves (1 and 4).
- Install the mode cam to the HVAC module assembly.
- Install the mode cam screw. Tighten the screw to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the screws to the HVAC module assembly. Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation .
