Mass Airflow Sensor with Intake Air Temperature Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.




2. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor TORX(R) screws.
3. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the MAF/IAT sensor.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the MAF/IAT sensor TORX(R) screws and tighten to 8 Nm (70 lb in).




3. Connect the MAF/IAT sensor electrical connector.
