- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (With CH-48027) Fuel Pressure Relief (Without CH-48027) .
- Remove the fuel rail crossover pipe retaining clip screws (1) and retainer clips (3).
- Remove the crossover pipe (2) from the left and right hand fuel rails.
- Remove and discard the crossover fuel pipe O-ring seals (4).
