Installation Procedure
2009 GMC Canyon 4D Pickup, 2.9 9SECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the air filter element (1), and close the air cleaner housing cover.
- Engage the 2 air cleaner housing retainers (1) securing the cover.
- Connect the AIR pump inlet hose (1) quick connect fitting to the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ .
- Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAF/IAT sensor (2).
- Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct ReplacementΒ .
