- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Remove the wheel speed sensor bolts (1).
- Remove the wheel speed sensor (1) from the drum brake backing plate by carefully pulling straight outward.
- Release the wheel speed sensor harness retainers (1) on the rear park brake cable.
Release the harness from the retainers.
- Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1).
- Release the electrical connector and harness retainer (2) from the frame.
- Remove the wheel speed sensor assembly.
