2001 GMC Safari Van 2WD V6-4.3L VIN WSECTION General Information
The purpose of the optional auxiliary A/C is to supply cool air to and reduce the humidity of the vehicle's rear interior. The vehicle operator can determine the level of cool air in the rear of the vehicle by turning the air temperature switch, located on the A/C auxiliary blower motor switch, to either the OFF, Low, Med, or High setting. The A/C auxiliary blower motor switch is a double pole, rotary, four position switch. The A/C auxiliary blower motor switch can only effect the vehicle's rear air temperature if the HVAC control assembly has been set in an A/C setting.
