EGR Valve Pipe: Installation

- Install the EGR valve inlet pipe assembly. Install the mounting bolt and the stud to the EGR valve inlet pipe bracket. Tighten the bolt and stud to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Install the EGR valve inlet pipe bolt to the exhaust manifold. Tighten the bolt to specification. Install EGR valve outlet pipe. See REMOVAL & INSTALLATION (3.8L - OUTLET PIPE)Β .
- If applicable, install the AIR pump outlet pipe. See SECONDARY AIR INJECTION PUMP OUTLET PIPE/HOSEΒ . Install the EGR valve. See EGR VALVEΒ .
