NOTE: This DTC does not necessarily indicate a faulty ECM. This DTC may set if BCM has ABS option programmed incorrectly.

This DTC will set if the ECM is receiving messages over the Controller Area Network (CAN) from another controller that is not option content programmed; or DTC P0610 will set if the ECM is not receiving messages from another controller that is option content programmed. This does not infer that the ECM is at fault.

When to See a Mechanic
