Removal Procedure

- Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
- Disconnect the vacuum line from the recirculation actuator.
- Lift the retaining tab and slide the recirculation actuator off the mounting slides.
- Disconnect the recirculation actuator plunger rod from the recirculation actuator lever and remove the actuator.
- Remove the recirculation housing retaining screws (1).
- Remove the recirculation housing (2) from the HVAC module.
- Remove the recirculation door (1) from the recirculation housing (2).
