  1. Prevent dirt and foreign material from the sealing surfaces of the washers, the hose block, and the A/C compressor ports.

    Clean all of the sealing surfaces with a lint-free rag.

  2. Ensure that the sealing washers are seated.

    Important:Β  DO NOT reuse sealing washers.

  3. The washers must bottom against the surface of the block fitting.
