- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING & JACKING THE VEHICLE .
- Support the exhaust system.
- Remove the exhaust pipe hanger insulator from the exhaust pipe hanger bracket and the exhaust pipe.
- Remove the exhaust pipe rear hanger insulators from the muffler rear and the hanger brackets.
