Installation Procedure

1999 GMC Forward Control 5.7 R, AutomaticSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the exhaust pipe rear hanger insulators to the muffler and the rear hanger brackets.

  2. Install the exhaust pipe hanger insulator to the exhaust pipe and the hanger bracket.

  3. Remove the support from the exhaust system.
  4. Inspect the exhaust system for underbody contact.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
