- Lubricate the new O-ring seal with power steering fluid.
- Install the new O-ring seal onto the neck of the reservoir (2).
- Install the reservoir (2) onto the hydraulic pump assembly (1). Ensure the reservoir neck is completely engaged onto the hydraulic pump assembly (1).
- Align the feet of the reservoir with the sides of the hydraulic pump housing.
- Install the new reservoir retaining clips (4) (supplied with the pump). Ensure the retaining clip tabs (3) fully engage with the hydraulic pump housing (1).
