- Remove the instrument panel cluster trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CLUSTER .
- Remove the screws from the HVAC control module.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors from the HVAC control module.
- Disconnect the vacuum connectors from the HVAC control vacuum valve.
- Remove the HVAC control module from the instrument panel.
- Remove the vacuum valve from the HVAC control module.
