Remove the right front fascia lower closeout panel. Refer to CLOSE OUT PANEL - FRONT BUMPER FASCIA LOWER in Bumpers.
Disconnect the horn assembly electrical connector.

Remove the horn assembly bolt.
Remove the horn assembly from the skid bar.
