- Remove the left IP Insulator Panel. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
- Remove the knee bolster panel. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
- Remove the bolts from the hood release handle base.
- Remove the hood release cable from the hood release handle.
- Remove the hood release handle from the instrument panel.
