- Open the liftgate.
- Open the endgate.
- Disconnect the electrical harness from the endgate.
- Remove the bolts from the endgate hinge to endgate.
- Remove the endgate, with an assistant.
- Remove the endgate nuts from the endgate hinge.
- Remove the endgate hinge from the rear body panel.
