  1. Install the nuts that retain the rear bumper extension to the rear quarter panel.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the rear bumper extension to the rear quarter panel nuts to 10 N.m (7 Ib. ft).

  2. Install the screws securing the rear bumper extension to the wheelhouse panel.

    The screws should be installed from the top to the bottom.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the rear bumper extension to the wheelhouse screws to 1.9 N.m (17 Ib. in).

  3. Install the bolt that retains the brace to the rear bumper extension.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the brace to the rear bumper extension bolt to 10 N.m (7 Ib. ft).
