Removal Procedure

- Remove the console trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT -- FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE (AZTEK) or TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT -- FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE (RENDEZVOUS) .
- Use a flat-bladed tool in order to remove the shift cable end from the shift control lever.
- Remove the shift control cable from the shift control.
- Remove the shift control wire harness from the shift control.
- Remove the shift control fasteners.
- Remove the shift control.
