- Install the surge tank inlet hose/pipe assembly to the vehicle.
- Install the 2 push nuts attaching the pipe to the engine.
- Connect the surge tank inlet hose to the engine.
- Install the PCV fresh air tube (1).
- Connect the surge tank inlet hose to the surge tank.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
- Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT
