Cooling Bridge Replacement - L81: Removal

1999 GMC Forward Control 5.7 R, AutomaticSECTION Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Lift and support intake manifold.

  3. Drain engine coolant.
  4. Disconnect electrical connector at coolant bridge.
  5. Disconnect coolant hoses at coolant bridge.

  6. Remove coolant bridge bolts.
  7. Remove coolant bridge.
  8. Remove all four seals at coolant bridge.
