Transaxle Oil Cooler Line Assembly: Installation

  1. Install transaxle oil cooler line assembly to transaxle. See Figure .
  2. Install transaxle oil cooler line nut and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ  .
  3. Lower vehicle.
  4. Install transaxle oil cooler lines to radiator and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ  .
  5. Add fluid to transaxle. See CHECKING FLUID LEVELSΒ  under LUBRICATION.
  6. Start engine and check for leaks.
