Control Valve Body Cover: Removal

- Remove battery cover. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect positive battery cable. Loosen battery hold-down screw and remove battery. See Figure .
- Remove battery cooling box. See BATTERY COOLING BOX .
- Loosen battery tray bracket screws and remove bracket. See Figure .
- Disconnect transaxle harness connector. See Fig 1 .
- Remove transaxle vent cap.
- Remove bolts from control valve body cover. Remove control valve body cover.
- Remove control valve body cover gasket and discard. See Fig 2 .
