Powertrain Control Module: Installation

- Install the PCM to the PCM electrical connectors. Tighten the connectors to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Install the PCM and the wiring harness to the air cleaner housing assembly (3).
- Install the air cleaner housing cover (1). See Fig 1 .
- Install the air cleaner housing cover screws (2). Tighten the screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Install the air cleaner intake duct.
- Install the left front inner fender brace.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- The new PCM must be programmed. See appropriate article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE.
