  1. Ensure ignition switch is in LOCK position with key removed. Connect right-hand (passenger) side air bag 2-pin Yellow SIR connector, if equipped. Install CPA clip. Connect passenger seat belt pretensioner 2-pin connector. Repeat procedure for driver seat belt pretensioner 2-pin connector and side air bag 2-pin Yellow SIR connector, if equipped.
  2. Connect passenger air bag 2-pin Yellow SIR connector. Install CPA clip. Install air bag trim cover. Connect driver air bag module wiring harness connector to steering wheel SIR coil connector. Install upper and lower steering column covers.
  3. Staying well away from inflator modules, turn ignition switch to ON position. Ensure AIR BAG warning light flashes 7 times, and then turns off.
