Transaxle Mount: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Remove the left front tire and wheel.
  2. Remove the left inner splash shield. Position a transaxle jack under the transaxle.
  3. Slightly take the weight off mount, and remove the transaxle bracket to transaxle mount upper nuts. See Fig 1 .
  4. Remove the transaxle bracket-to-transaxle bolts. See Fig 2 . Remove the transaxle bracket.
