- Position steering column in vehicle. Loosely install bracket bolts. Guide steering shaft into joint yoke, with reference marks aligned. While installing upper joint pinch bolt, ensure it passes through shaft undercut.
- Tighten upper joint pinch bolt to specification. Tighten steering column bracket bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
