The BCM monitors the state of the flash to pass input on CKT 1356 in order to determine if the high beams are requested ON.
The scan tool displays ON when the BCM or the flash to pass switch commands the high beams ON.
OFF is displayed when the flash to pass switch or the BCM is not commanding the high beams ON.
