TP Sensor Learn (CADILLAC)
If a NEW TP sensor or throttle body is installed, EBTCM must learn new TP sensor idle position voltage. This procedure is necessary to ensure effective engine management. If an improper TP sensor offset is maintained by the PCM, a high idle at closed throttle or stall condition may occur.
- Turn ignition on (engine off). Wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn ignition to LOCK position. Wait for 30 seconds.

When to See a Mechanic
