- Disconnect side door lock actuator motor connector. Connect test light between motor connector terminal "A" (Tan wire) and ground. Close side door. Lock all doors at any power door lock switch. If test light comes on, go to next step. If test light does not come on, repair open circuit in Tan wire. Check side door contact and plunger for good connection with door closed.
- Connect test light between side door lock actuator motor connector terminal "B" (Gray wire) and ground. Unlock all doors at any power door lock switch. If test light comes on, replace side door lock actuator motor. If test light does not come on, check side door contact and plunger for good connection with door closed. If connection is okay, repair open circuit in Gray wire.
