Liftgate Will Not Unlock Using Key
Connect test light between Gray wire at liftgate release solenoid connector and ground. Move key switch to unlock position. If test light glows briefly, replace solenoid. If test light does not glow, repair open in Gray wire between release solenoid connector and lock/latch module connector.
