The fuel system is under constant fuel pressure (even with the engine off).

WARNING: BECAUSE THE FUEL SYSTEM IS UNDER CONSTANT FUEL PRESSURE, THIS PRESSURE MUST BE RELEASED BEFORE SERVICING ANY FUEL SUPPLY OR FUEL RETURN SYSTEM COMPONENT. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THROTTLE BODY REMOVAL ON 3.9L OR 5.2L ENGINES.
