1. Disconnect electrical connector from wiper motor.
2. Ground terminal 5 and connect battery voltage to terminal 4 on motor, Fig. 18.
3. If wiper motor does not operate, replace the motor. If motor does operate, repair open in wire between terminal 4 and switch or replace switch as necessary.
