1992 GMC Safari Van Cargo, 4.3 WSECTION Blower Motor Operates In Hi Only
  1. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place blower switch inMED/LO position (* next to LO) or MED/HI position (* next to HI).Connect test light from Dark Blue wire at blower resistor connector (located on blower motor housing) to ground. If test light glows, go to next step. If test light does not light, repair open circuit in Light Blue wire and/or Tan wire between blower resistor connector and blower switch connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMS. If wires are okay, replace blower resistor.
  2. Connect test light from Dark Blue wire at high blower relay connector (located at right side of cowl on bracket) to ground. If test light glows, replace high blower relay. If test light does not light, repair open circuit in Dark Blue wire between blower resistor connector and high blower relay connector.
