1992 GMC Safari Van Cargo, 4.3 WSECTION Removal & Installation
  1. Drain charge air cooler radiator. Remove hoses from charge air cooler. Remove charge air cooler assembly.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Fill charge air cooler radiator through the charge air cooler with a 56/44 mixture of coolant and distilled water. Bleed charge air cooling system. See CHARGE AIR SYSTEM BLEEDING (4.3L).
