Auxiliary Blower Motor Inoperative
1992 GMC Magnavan 5.7 KSECTION Auxiliary Blower Motor Inoperative
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Set blower switch to HI position. Connect test light from Brown wire at blower motor connector (located behind driver seat, on side panel) to ground. If test light glows, go to step 2). If test light does not glow, repair open in Brown wire between blower motor connector and fuse block connector.
- Connect fused jumper to White wire at blower motor connector and ground. If blower motor runs, go to step 3). If blower motor does not run, replace blower motor.
- Connect fused jumper to Black wire at blower switch connector and ground. If blower motor runs, repair open in Black wire between blower switch connector and ground connector. If blower motor does not run, replace blower switch.
