1992 GMC Jimmy Base, 2D Utility, 4.3 Z, RWD, StandardSECTION Installation (All Models)

To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure lower clamp bolt hole is aligned with groove in worm shaft (if equipped). Ensure pitman arm-to-pitman shaft reference marks are aligned. Tighten bolts and nuts to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ  table at end of article. Fill reservoir (if necessary). Bleed air from system. Refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEEDINGΒ  under LUBRICATION.
