Electronic Control Module (ECM) R & I: Removal

1984 GMC Value Van P3500, 7.4 W, Automatic, 475/M40SECTION Removal

Turn ignition switch off. Disconnect negative battery cables. Locate ECM and remove mounting hardware. Remove electrical connector from ECM and remove ECM. Remove PROM from ECM.
