NOTE: Choke coil lever adjustment must be correct before performing this adjustment. Fast idle speed adjustment must be performed using the Emission Control Tune-Up Decal with carburetor installed and vehicle running. Adjustment is performed with choke valve angle gauge. See procedure at beginning of Adjustments. DO NOTΒ  remove rivets and choke cover to perform this adjustment.
