Oil Pump

1984 GMC Suburban K2500, 5.7 M, StandardSECTION Oil Pump
  1. Install gasket on transmission case. Install forward clutch and oil pump assembly in transmission case. Install oil pump-to-case bolts except bolt in 10 o'clock position to check end play. See Fig 1. Tighten bolts to 18 ft. lbs. (24 N.m).
