P268A - FUEL INJECTOR CALIBRATION NOT LEARNED/PROGRAMMED

Description:  This DTC sets when the fuel injector energizing time is greater than the permitted energizing time after overrun demand by the driver.
Possible Causes: 
  • Aftermarket performance products
  • PCM programming error
Diagnostic Aids:  Check for sensor and circuit related DTCs. Reprogram or update the calibration. Check for other DTCs or drive symptoms for further action. Make sure to check for aftermarket performance products before installing a new PCM. If installing a new PCM, refer to FLASH ELECTRICALLY ERASABLE PROGRAMMABLE READ ONLY MEMORY (EEPROM) .
